Take a deep breath and notice what comes up in your body. Everything you want and need already exists what feels “missing” is often just a belief. Sit with that sensation. Give it a name. Feel it fully for 5, 10, or even 15 minutes. Just listen.
Next, write down every limiting thought: the fears, doubts, and “that can’t be true” moments. Those are your blocks. Once you see them clearly, ask God or the universe to show you the evidence of the truth.
