People don’t like it when you’re happy. It’s wild childlike joy is one of the most powerful creators, yet when you walk down the street smiling, some look at you like you’re annoying. I used to shrink, play small, even force myself into melancholy because that’s what others preferred.
No more. I refuse to dim my light, forego my creations, or shrink for anyone. Life gets insanely cool when you let joy lead the way.
Here’s the truth: you can be happy too. Our God wants to co-create with you but you have to open up, ask for what you want, and move forward with absolute certainty. Take the steps with childlike joy, knowing it’s already yours. Then live your life while it unfolds.
