You’re Not Stuck Your Body Is Protecting You

If you feel blocked around money, relationships, purpose, or even joy…

It’s because your body has an orientation toward the thing you desire and that orientation is

shaping whether it can come into your life or not.

Orientation Is Everything

We tend to think about goals mentally:

Why can’t I make more money?

Why do my relationships keep failing?

Why do I still feel empty even though I’ve done everything “right”?

But the mind isn’t the gatekeeper.

The nervous system is.

Your body holds subconscious postures, perspectives, and beliefs that were formed during stress,

trauma, or survival moments and they live below conscious awareness.

You cannot think your way out of a body-based pattern.

The Hidden Burden You’re Placing on the Thing You Want

Here’s where it gets uncomfortable (and freeing):

If money feels like your safety → your body will resist receiving it.

If a relationship feels like it must complete you → it becomes unsafe to attract.

If success feels like proof you’re finally “enough” → your system will slow you down.

Why?

Because nothing outside of you can safely carry that much emotional weight.

Your nervous system knows this so it protects you by keeping the thing at arm’s length.

This is why you can “want” something deeply and still feel stuck.

Somatic Healing Changes the Equation

Somatic healing doesn’t force change.

It removes the pressure.

When you close the stress response in the body:

Safety stops being outsourced

Worthiness stops being conditional

Desire stops feeling dangerous

Only then can you listen to what’s actually underneath the block.

And what you’ll often discover is this:

The thing you want isn’t blocked

your relationship to it is.

Once the body no longer feels like it’s surviving, your orientation shifts naturally.

And when the orientation changes, the outcome follows without force

This Is Where Real Change Happens

Not in hustle.

Not in discipline.

Not in pushing through resistance.

But in creating internal safety so your system no longer has to protect you from the very thing you’re calling in.
