We’re in a Spiritual War and Your Nervous System Is the Battleground

More and more people are waking up to the truth:

We’re in a spiritual war. A battle of good versus evil. And make no mistake we are the prize.

It’s tempting to slip into victimhood, to believe you’re powerless or helpless. But that’s a lie. We’ve already been given the tools to win this war. The

question is: are you using them?

One of the most overlooked weapons?

Your physical body.

Scripture calls the body a temple of the Spirit. Your body is not just a shell it’s your vessel for victory. It’s how you fight, how you stand, how you

receive guidance and provision. And if you’re disconnected from it, you’re fighting blind.

The Nervous System: Heaven’s Access Point

Here’s something wild: your nervous system determines whether you’re able to hear God’s voice clearly or if you’re cut off from His provision and

guidance.

When you’re in a sympathetic state fight, flight, freeze, or fawn your body thinks it’s in danger. Stress hormones surge. Your vision narrows.

Your mind races. And spiritually? You’re blocked.

But when you shift into a parasympathetic state rest, peace, joy, ease you’re open. You’re receptive. This is where clarity flows. This is where you let

God move.

This isn’t just “new age wellness.” It’s biblical. Philippians 4:8 instructs us to think about what is lovely, pure, right, and just not because it sounds

nice, but because it’s a key to nervous system regulation. Your thoughts literally activate your nervous system.

And if your nervous system is dysregulated?

You’re trying to fight a spiritual war with your armor off.

Regulation Is Warfare

Want to win this war? Regulate your nervous system.

Learn your body’s signals. Interrupt the stress loop. Breathe. Pray. Ground yourself. Shift your state intentionally.

This is not weakness it’s warfare.

This is how you keep your armor on and your channel to Heaven open.

We’ve been promised that darkness will not win. We’ve been promised that light prevails. So don’t you dare give up. Your body is not a liability. It’s your weapon.
