🔥 The One Thing That Was Missing From My Search for Purpose (It Wasn’t What I Expected)

For most of my life, I searched for purpose like it was buried treasure.

I tried chasing passions, fixing myself, achieving more, praying harder… hoping something—anything—would finally fill the ache inside. Maybe you’ve felt that ache too. That sense that there’s more to life… but you can’t quite touch it.

But there are two things I wish I had known from the very beginning of that search:

1️⃣ The thing I was actually craving wasn’t just clarity or success or healing…

It was intimacy with my Creator.

2️⃣ The very thing standing in the way of that intimacy?

Fear and trauma—lodged not just in my mind, but deep in my body.

You see, I used to think healing was all about mindset. Willpower. Prayer. Logic. And while all of those are powerful… I was missing the key that unlocked it all:

🧠➡️ The body keeps the score.

💡➡️ The body is the way back to God.

When trauma disconnects you from your body, it also disconnects you from your ability to sense, feel, and trust the presence of God within you. Not just around you. Not just above you. But inside your very being.

It wasn’t until I learned to connect with my body—gently, somatically, honestly—that I began to hear the whispers of my Creator again.

And when I did?

✨ Everything changed.

Somatic trauma spotting didn’t just “fix” my nervous system or calm my anxiety.

It brought me back into wholeness, oneness, and belonging.

It cleared the static and restored my identity—not one shaped by trauma, but one reclaimed by Love.

The truth is:

You don’t need to search for your purpose like it’s outside of you.

You are the vessel.

And when that vessel is healed and clarified…

You can hear God again.

And that voice?

That Presence?

That’s the guidance that leads you straight to the fulfillment you were seeking all along.

So if you’re on a search right now…

Stop striving.

Start listening.

In your body.

Because that’s where He’s always been.
