“Not enough.”
Those two words are the most common thread I see in people carrying trauma in their bodies.
I’m not enough.
👉 There’s not enough love.
👉 There’s not enough money.
👉 There’s not enough time.
It doesn’t matter how it shows up the root is the same: disconnection from your Source Creator (yes, God).
The world screams at us that it’s all up to me.
I have to do it all on my own.
- People can’t be trusted.
- Life is hard and unfair.
- Maybe something is wrong with me because I can’t figure it out.
- That narrative leaves us feeling exhausted, isolated, and deeply unsafe.
But here’s the truth the enemy doesn’t want you to know: You were made perfectly imperfect, on purpose, for a purpose.
God didn’t design you to grind yourself into the ground. He didn’t create you to live in fear, scarcity, or shame. He created you as a vessel of light, joy, and peace.
And the moment you begin to clear the trauma from your body the grief, the stress, the nervous system dysregulation you start to wake up. Your vessel clarifies. You reconnect with your Creator.
✨ That’s when “not enough” begins to dissolve into “always enough.”
✨ That’s when trust, joy, and fulfillment start flowing back in.
✨ That’s when you realize—life was never meant to be about struggle alone, but about walking with God.
When you step into that truth, life doesn’t just get better.
It keeps getting better.
Because you’re not broken.
You’re not alone.
You’re not too much or not enough.
You are exactly who God created you to be.
🔥 That’s the raw, unfiltered message most people don’t hear enough. Healing isn’t about becoming “fixed.” It’s about remembering who you already are, and Whose you already are.
